As a life-long resident of Larchmont, Brenda has a deep connection to the community. Raising 4 children here and having them in the Mamaroneck School District has been a deeply satisfying experience given the fact that Brenda and her husband also attended these same schools. In addition to classroom involvement on behalf of her children, Brenda has also become involved with her children’s local youth sports teams - from Larchmont Junior Soccer League to CYO basketball and Larchmont-Mamaroneck Little League. I enjoy spending time with my immediate and extended family, many of whom live in Larchmont. We especially love being in the outdoors and take full advantage of living so close to the Long Island Sound, where my children have learned to swim and sail at the Larchmont Yacht Club. We also love to play golf as a family and with cousins at Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck. New England is a favorite destination for recreation and we have spent many vacations visiting with extended family in Maine, Massachusetts, New... More

"Brenda didn't just help us find a house, she helped us find a beautiful home. We were new to the country, and the area, and Brenda took the time to understand us as a family and our needs. She was tireless in her efforts to guide us through the home-buying process. We found Brenda to be transparent, incredibly knowledgeable, confident and pragmatic. She is also warm, open, and a lovely human being - and now someone we are happy to have as a neighbor." - Rachel T.
Moving is a major life-changing task and once we met Brenda McMillan we knew she was the right agent to work with. She is exceptionally positive and has an authentic passion for the area. She melted away the heavy feelings associated with moving to a new town. Before long we desired to be in this new town immediately. It didn’t take long for us to find a beautiful home in the heart of the area that we absolutely loved. Brenda made it all happen with such grace and ease. She kept the experience upbeat, fun, and breezy. She always responded very quickly to all of our questions and concerns. Brenda made us feel like her top priority and we never felt pressured or rushed. Thanks to Brenda we are now living and loving this new town and home!
Brenda was always a consummate professional, finding the right balance of firmly representing our best interests, while exuding calmness and kindness as we navigated through our real estate deals. It was a pleasure working with Brenda and we would highly recommend her. - Katie F.

Working with Brenda was a pleasure from start to finish. Her biggest strength was her ability to really listen to what our viewpoints and desires were and then to react accordingly throughout the entire process. She was also able to diplomatically make her points in a way that was easy to listen to. In addition, her staging partner was also on the same page. Selling a home is such an emotional process and Brenda’s support and knowledge made everything easier. Especially helpful was being in the hands of a true Larchmonter. She knows everyone as well as the community inside and out.
